Uncle Sam wants you – even if you’re 42 years old
The Defense Department quietly asked Congress on Monday to raise the maximum age for military recruits to 42 for all branches of the service.

I’m thinking that the sole reason for doing this is to keep support staff in their positions for as long as possible.
It doesn’t take a lot of effort to drive a jeep around a stateside military base.
